Next day delivery when ordered before 2PM Monday to Thursday. Friday order placed before 2Pm will be posted out same day for next day delivery but may not arrive until the following Monday. Orders placed after 2PM Friday plus orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday. Please note that we are closed bank holidays which will effect dispatch/delivery times.
What if I want to return my order?
We want you to be happy with your purchase from KP Pharma, but in the unlikely event you need to return your product, you can do so within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To return your handset, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN)
KP Pharma will not accept any returns unless a returns authorisation number (RAN) has been issued and included with the returned items. Any returns without a RAN will be returned to the sender.
You can only return your order if the goods are in a resalable condition and therefore, we can only accept items back if:
- The product is ‘As New/Unopened’ and can be resold on at full value
- All the original contents returned to us in the condition they were provided
- You have informed us you wish to return your handset within 14 days from delivery
- You have a valid RA number by emailing email@example.comAfter informing us you wish to return your handset, you then have a further 14 days from the point you have informed us to ensure the product is sent back to us.
- Please note pharmaceutical goods cannot be returned once opened.
What if my product is faulty or damaged in transit?
To Exchange your product, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorisation Number(RAN).
If you order is damaged in transit please take a picture of the damaged product and send it to us when you request a RAN.

If your product is deemed faulty ‘out of the box’ then you have 30 days (from the date of delivery) in which to tell us about this and ensure the product is returned to us with all its original contents.
